Stuffed Chicken Breast with Bell Peppers


This is a very good appetizer. Very different and easy to make goes well as party snacks or even as evening snacks.

2 Split Chicken Breast (300 gms)
1 tspn Garlic Powder
1 tspn Soya Souce
1/2 spn chilli powder
1/4 spn cumin powder
1 tspn lemon juice
One Bell Pepper sliced long (any color will do) I used Green
5 to 6 Paneer cubes (Cottage Cheese)

Marinate Chicken breast for 1 hour with the above ingredients. Split chicken breasts and pound with a meat mallet between sheets of plastic wrap. Do not make too thin. Now take a small piece of breast and fill it with few bell pepper slice & 1 tspn cottage cheese. Roll it and either bake it for 30 mins or Pan fry it for 5 to 8 minutes.
